SALES POLICIES

ARTdiVIN^® requires all purchases to be made by individuals 18 years of age or older. We currently sell and deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States. Additional countries, including Australia, India, Japan, New-Zealand, Russia, South-Africa, Tunesia, Turkey and others will be added soon. In case we can not deliver to you right now, leave a note including your delivery address at info@artdivin.com and we'll let you know as soon as we have arranged the logistics for your country! All prices quoted are before TVA, your local taxes and duties or any other such charges. These fees will be assessed and if needed charged separately when your order clears customs in your country. If applicable these fees may be your responsibility to pay and are generally required to be paid prior to delivery.
Payment instructions will be indicated on the invoice which will be sent to you once we have registered your order. Your order becomes only a validated order when we have received payment. All sales are considered "Special Order Items" which makes the sale final and non-returnable once the invoice is paid by you.

PRICE CALCULATION

Prices shown on the web site take in account any discount if applicable. To the price indicated on the web site we will need to add VAT, taxes and charges as well as a delivery cost, if applicable. A high quality packaging, full insurance as well as custom clearance (if applicable) are included in the price shown.

For the delivery cost the following indicative price estimates can be made:

The total price including VAT, taxes and charges, as well as cost of delivery (if applicable) will be indicated on the invoice you will receive after putting an order request. Receiving payment of the invoice on our bank account is needed to make an order final.

PAYMENT

Payment has to be done through a bank-to-bank wire on the bank account of Bulens & Co | ARTdiVIN bvba which will be indicated on your invoice.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping information will be indicated on the invoice and will be based on the option chosen by you. These options include time lines and will have a “track and trace” feature. In any case delivery can only take place when signed for receipt by an adult person. Our preferable method of shipping is via Corneel Geerts Transport Group. All ‘box & bottle’ shipments are insured for the full value which covers against loss, theft or damage in transit. You can always arrange pick up of your order by the transport firm of your choice. In this case all responsibility is with you. All orders are shipped in a well-secured hard cover box.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

Our website and computer infrastructure are protected by state-of-the-art firewalls. When you visit our website or communicate with us electronically through e-mail, you consent to receive communications from us by e-mail. Payment is handled by bank-to-bank wire transfer and therefore no personal financial details are submitted through our web site. In some instances, we may collect non-personal data through cookies, web logs, and other monitoring technologies. A cookie is an element of data that frequently contains an anonymous unique identifier. Such data is sent from the website to your browser, which may then store it on your system for future use.
When you register for the ARTdiVIN^® news letter, your e-mail address will not be used for any other purpose than sending you updates about ARTdiVIN^®. Your e-mail address will not be shared with any other party. When you do not wish to receive any further updates your e-mail address will be deleted from this list upon simple request by mail to info@artdivin.com.
